Subject: Report of Concern Regarding Possible Impairment of Daycare Employee To whom it may concern, I am writing to report a serious concern regarding a teacher Karolina Dumbrava ECE Teacher at Nuf House Academy 80 Glen Shields Ave. Concord, ON, L4K On September 07.2026 at approximately 08:00 a.m. , I observed the following: strong small alcohol and drugs ( Marijuana). The employee was working with children and supervising children at the time. I also observed- not a control language, yells at the children and loses control around hi is croup of children. I cannot confirm whether the employee had consumed or was under the influence of drugs. However, based on what I personally observed, I am concerned that the employee have been impaired while responsible for the care and supervision of children. My concern is primarily the safety and well-being of the children in the daycare. I am requesting that the appropriate authorities investigate this matter and determine whether there is any risk to the children. I am providing this report in good faith and based on my observations. I am willing to provide additional information, including the date, time, location, names of witnesses, and details of what I observed, if required. Daycare: Nuf House Academy Location- 80 Glen Shields Ave. Concord, ON, L4K Date/time of incident: September 07.2026 Employee/teacher: Karolina Dumbrava Additional Information: My husband tried to talk to Karolina Dumbrava; she suggested meeting after work and resolving the issue through sex with him. everyone, If you are looking for a good daycare for your child, please look elsewhere! This is the most horrible place for a child, especially when it's run by someone who can't control their emotions and threatens to kick your child out of daycare. I asked why my child was staying a year behind in the same class despite paying the deposit for the next year. The response was that it was too late. They didn't notify us about opening registration for the next year; they sent an email at 3 PM, and I responded at 6 PM because I was at work. By then, they said it was already fully booked. Yet, the next morning, they accepted my deposit and then returned it later. Do they decide who they want and who they don't? Is this normal? It doesn't end there. I was watching my son at lunchtime to see if he would eat, and I was horrified to see him crying his lungs out while being force-fed. They literally shoved a spoon in his mouth. They apologized, saying it would never happen again, and I reluctantly accepted the apology. After all this, when I got upset about the registration process and questioned their business practices, I was told to find a new daycare for my son as they no longer wanted him there. So please be advised, they do whatever they want, and you have no say. Otherwise, they can kick your child out in the middle of the year like nothing happened. Also one more thing ANASTASIA MEKHMANDAROVA can easily threaten your family saying “you’ll leave Canada” just listen how she’s screaming, is this normal for someone who is involved with our children!
