Find childcare help in New Brunswick
MapleCub added New Brunswick on 9 August 2026. Every licensed programme in the provincial registry is listed, and the province publishes two things most registries do not: a flat parent fee at designated facilities, and a per-facility flag saying which facilities those are.
Licensed child care in New Brunswick, by the numbers
MapleCub Canadian Childcare Dataset, computed 2026-08-10. Counts below are licensed points of access a parent can look up, not licensed spaces. New Brunswick does not publish licensed capacity as open data, so no space count can be derived from public files.

New Brunswick sets one province-wide Parent Fee Grid. There is no application, no eligibility test and no income test at a designated facility.
| Age band | Full day | Part day |
|---|---|---|
| Infant, 0–24 months | $19/day | $12/day |
| Preschool, 2–5 years | $16/day | $7/day |
In effect since 1 May 2026.
The grid applies at designated facilities only. 641 of the 947 licensed New Brunswick programmes MapleCub lists carry the province's designated flag; the other 306 set their own rates. That is 67.7% of the province's licensed programmes.

If the facility is not designated
Families using a non-designated facility may apply to New Brunswick's Childcare Assistance Program, which is open to households with a gross annual income, before deductions, of $80,000 or less.

Where New Brunswick publishes inspection reports
New Brunswick posts past and recent inspection reports inside the Early Childhood Services Portal, one facility at a time, and describes one to three unannounced monitoring inspections a year plus one renewal inspection. There is no bulk file. That answers a question about one centre and no question about the province. The province states no retention window, so MapleCub makes no claim about how many years of reports stay online.

What we don't have for New Brunswick yet
No ratings or website coverage for New Brunswick yet
New Brunswick has not been through MapleCub's Google matching. We publish no rating, review or website figure for the province rather than a zero — a zero would describe our matching queue, not New Brunswick.
No New Brunswick subsidy calculator or cost guide
MapleCub's subsidy engine models seven provinces and New Brunswick is not one of them. Rather than show an estimate we cannot stand behind, we send you to the province's own fee grid. That is why New Brunswick has no calculator, cost guide or subsidy page here.
