Claim your school's page on MapleCub

Every private school in our listings already has a page, built from its province's public data. Claiming it is free, and lets you add what that data doesn't cover.

What a claimed page adds

  • Tuition, grades, languages and a short description in your own words, shown in a section marked as provided by the school.
  • Open house dates with a sign-up link. Dates drop off the page once they've passed.
  • A link to your admissions page.
  • A "Request info / book a tour" form. Parents' messages are emailed to the address you choose, and you reply to them directly.
  • A "Verified by the school" mark, and a chance to appear in the Featured row on your city's page (see below).

The facts from the province (level, address, credit authority and the rest) stay as the province publishes them; a claim doesn't change them. If one is wrong, email hello@maplecub.ca.

How approval works

  • Open your school's page on MapleCub and choose "Claim this page". We ask for your name, your role and your work email.
  • Automatic approval needs an email address at your school's own website domain (for example, you@yourschool.ca when your website is yourschool.ca). We email you a confirmation link; click it and the page is yours.
  • Schools whose website sits on a shared host, such as Wix, Google Sites, or a university or school board domain, are checked by hand, because many people outside the school have addresses at those domains. So is any other address.
  • A person at MapleCub checks those claims, usually within 2 business days, and emails you a link to manage the page if it's approved.
  • There's no account or password. To edit the page later, use "Manage this page" at the bottom of it and we'll email you a link that works for 24 hours.

Your email and parents' messages

  • We never show your email address on MapleCub.
  • We pass on a parent's message only because the parent asked us to, and only to the enquiry address of the school they wrote to.
  • We keep a record of each change made to your page and when it was made.
