If Springbrook is full, or if a Montessori approach isn't the fit you had in mind, the practical shortlist in this Essa Township community drops from five names to two, namely The Kinder Garden on Margaret Street and Woodland Wonders on Massey Street, neither of which carries a Google rating we can publish. What to know about childcare in Angus

Angus sits inside Essa Township, right beside CFB Borden, and the base shapes childcare here in a way it doesn't in most Ontario towns this size. Postings run on their own calendar. A spot that looked impossible in March can open in July because a family transferred out, so the length of a waitlist tells you far less in Angus than the date it was last cleared does, and that date is a thing you can simply ask for on the phone.
