Licensed Toddler Care in Beloeil, QC

Toddler Care in Beloeil

Nine of Beloeil's 12 licensed centres have at least three Google reviews, and every one of the nine sits at 4.5 or above. The average is 4.88. Nine out of nine. That is the highest figure of any city in this batch, and with nine centres in the sample rather than two or three it is one of the few local averages on this site that can bear any weight at all. Garderie Eco-Tendresse holds 5.0 across 22 reviews, the deepest record in town. Two others also hold 5.0, on eight and six reviews. Five bill market fees. The cost picture is where Beloeil differs from its neighbours, and not in a good way: only seven of the 12 carry the reduced-contribution rate, which is the lowest subsidised share in this batch and well below the Quebec average of roughly three in four.

What to know about childcare in Beloeil

Five market-rate garderies in a town of 24,000 changes the arithmetic. A subsidised place costs $9.65 a day. A market-rate place in the Vallee-du-Richelieu commonly runs three to five times that before the refundable tax credit, which recovers a large share of the difference but only at tax time, so the monthly cash requirement is what actually decides whether those five are options for a household. Work out the monthly number first.

Eleven of the 12 are licensed for infants under 12 months, and all 12 cover toddlers and preschool. Age coverage is not the constraint here. Availability is. A town where nine of nine rated centres sit above 4.5 is a town where the subsidised lists are long, and Beloeil pools in practice with Mont-Saint-Hilaire and McMasterville across the Richelieu. Register on the Portail d'inscription aux services de garde early. Then call the five market-rate garderies, because they are the likeliest to have space this year.
