Ganaraska Child Care Centre operates out of Port Hope High School on Highland Drive, and with twenty Google reviews it is one of only two local centres that parents have written about in any number. The other is Kinderlinx on Toronto Road, also with twenty. Both sit at 3.8 stars. Sunshine Heights Co-operative on Ward Street holds a perfect five, but on five reviews, which is a handful of opinions rather than a track record. The remaining two entries both belong to the Northumberland YMCA: the Beatrice Strong site on Rose Glen Road and a second at Canton, out on County Road 10. Canton is a drive. Worth checking on a map before you apply, because the address is closer to Ganaraska Forest than to downtown Port Hope.
