Licensed Subsidized Daycares in Sainte Julie, QC

Subsidized Daycares in Sainte Julie

Fourteen licensed centres serve Sainte-Julie. Four have enough Google reviews to judge, and those four average 3.95. Quebec's average is 4.52. With a sample of four it would be wrong to call that a verdict on the town, though it is also not the sort of gap that usually appears from nothing at all. One caveat on that number, because it matters. A fifth Sainte-Julie listing shows 4.5 across 950 reviews, which would dominate any average, and it is almost certainly a mismatched Google record rather than a real childcare rating. It has been left out of the figures above.

What to know about childcare in Sainte Julie

The listing is Zukari, on boulevard Armand-Frappier, and it does hold a childcare permit in Quebec's registry, but nine hundred and fifty Google reviews is not a daycare review count, and the record has almost certainly been matched to a business at the same address with far more public traffic. Until that is corrected, any Sainte-Julie average including it is wrong.

Setting the ratings aside, the age picture is strong: twelve of the 14 centres are licensed for infants under 12 months and all 14 cover toddlers and preschoolers, and because Quebec's registry publishes permitted ages those are firm figures. Two centres start at the toddler band.

Eleven of the 14 carry the reduced-contribution rate of $9.65 a day, and three bill market fees, which is close to the provincial norm. Depth beats score. A Chacun Son Histoire - Sainte-Julie holds 4.2 across 15 reviews, the deepest genuine review record in town, and on that sample a 4.2 is more informative than the 4.3 sitting on three reviews above it.

Sainte-Julie is a Monteregie commuter town on the slope below Mont Saint-Bruno, and the Highway 20 and 30 interchange puts most of the working population on the road before eight, which makes opening hours decide more shortlists here than pedagogy does. Ask what time the doors unlock. Then ask what happens if you are twenty minutes late, and get the late fee in dollars.

Subsidised placement across Quebec runs through the Portail d'inscription aux services de garde, and Sainte-Julie families compete with Boucherville, Varennes and Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville for the same regional pool. Register as early as you can. Then call the centres directly, because the registry will not tell you that a particular installation has an infant group turning over in September.
