Subsidized Daycares in Sainte Marthe Sur Le Lac

Every one of the ten centres in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac has enough Google reviews to publish a rating. That almost never happens. In a dataset where whole towns go unrated and the typical Québec municipality this size manages three or four scores, a hundred percent review coverage means the comparison you can make here is a real one rather than a guess dressed up as data. The average lands at 4.41, just under the Québec figure of 4.52. What the average hides is the spread.

What to know about childcare in Sainte Marthe Sur Le Lac

The range runs from 2.6 to 5.0. Garderie Éducative la Souris Verte on 31e Avenue sits at the bottom with 2.6 across seventeen reviews, and that is the largest review base in town, which makes it the score least likely to be a fluke. Académie Sainte-Marthe on chemin d'Oka is at 3.5 across eleven. Those two pull the average down on their own.

At the top, six centres hold 4.4 or better and five of those reach 4.5. CPE les Explorateurs runs two installations, one on 25e avenue at 5.0 across eleven reviews and a second on chemin d'Oka at 5.0 across eight, and because they are the same operator you are effectively looking at one organisation twice. Garderie Coeur d'Enfant on chemin d'Oka has 4.4 over nine. Le Petit Monde de Sainte-Marthe holds 5.0 over eight.

Chemin d'Oka is doing a lot of work in that list. Four of the ten addresses sit on it, which is convenient if you live along that corridor and awkward if you don't, since the town's centres are not evenly distributed across its neighbourhoods.

All ten are licensed for toddlers and preschoolers, and nine take poupons under a year. Age coverage is not the constraint here. Availability is.

Eight of the ten hold subsidized places. Five have a website, nine list a phone number, and given that this is one of the few Québec towns where the ratings are actually comparable, the sensible order is to read the reviews behind the two low scores yourself before ruling anything out. Seventeen reviews is enough to see a pattern. It is not enough to be certain.
